Opening like someone drizzling a mandarin orange over a focaccia with rosemary: it's sweet but has got a touch of savory. It draws you in and keeps you there for the experience that it provides - much like a well written movie script. It's quite light and carefree, but has enough depth and class not to be frivolous or immature or sporty.

Just joking, but this is nothing like Bentley intense men or Dior homme, this is an extremely well blended fragrance very very smooth, just the right dose of sweetness, almond, cherry, leather, exceptionally well blend. Opens sweet and sour but within 30 mins turn into sweetness and booziness and afterward the leather start to manifest. This is a stunning perfume, and even thought it hurt to spend that amount of money for a 50ml bottle; I’m still quite happy with my purchase.

The new fragrance is developed by the Guerlain in-house perfumer Thierry Wasser along with colleague Delphine Jelk. Im taking some of my words back,on the down side,in the dry down the leather gets the show rolling dominantly,its too much for me,i laso find it too tonka heavy,on the positive side,the longevity of this thing is pretty good.

Every time I have worn this someone always says something nice to me and I'm happy to share with them what it is. I've worn ideal from Guerlain in the high heat of summer here in Australia, in this environment it turns to flourish into a very tropical and fruity fragrance that radiates off of your skin. They increased the level of almond and leather but also reduced the level of citruses, vetiver and tonka bean. To top it all off, the bottle is a classy glass bottle, shaped similarly to BDC and the effortless spray through the atomiser is an alluring experience in itself.
